Getting started
Most orgs are up and running in under ten minutes.

Click the install link below. Works with Salesforce Enterprise Edition and above. Partway through, Salesforce will show an "Approve Third-Party Access" screen — check "Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites" and click Continue. This approves iSOLV Inbox's secure connection; without it, the inbox won't load.

Connect your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email — you'll approve iSOLV Inbox in Salesforce first (Salesforce's own Allow screen), then in Microsoft or Google — and configure your settings. The wizard walks you through each step.

Use the wizard's app selector to add the iSOLV Inbox tab to whichever Salesforce apps your team already works in.

Assign access to users in the Management App, up to the user count on your plan.

Your inbox is live inside Salesforce. Read, send, and manage email without leaving your CRM.
