iSOLV Applications — iSOLV Inbox
Read, send, and manage Gmail or Outlook email without ever leaving Salesforce — while an AI matching engine keeps every conversation linked to the right record, automatically.
The problem
Reps switch tabs dozens of times a day to keep email and CRM in sync — and most of it never gets logged at all.
The old way
With iSOLV Inbox
How it works
iSOLV Inbox is designed so the CRM benefit happens automatically, as a consequence of reps just doing their job.
01
Standard OAuth connection to Gmail or Microsoft 365. No desktop install, no browser extension — takes under a minute.
02
Read, reply, and compose from inside Salesforce. The interface looks and feels like a modern inbox, not a bolted-on add-in.
03
Every message is matched to the right record and logged as a Task in the background — no manual linking required.
Everything included
Eight capabilities that, together, remove the gap between your inbox and your CRM.
Read, reply, and compose from a full inbox embedded in Salesforce Lightning — no side panel, no separate tab.
An 8-step matching engine links every email to the right Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or Case automatically.
Full support for both major providers, connected via standard OAuth — nothing to install on the desktop.
Meetings created in Salesforce appear in your calendar, and vice versa, kept in sync in both directions.
Email bodies are never stored on iSOLV servers — they stay in Gmail or Microsoft 365, where they already live.
Email activity lands as standard Salesforce Tasks, so it shows up in the reports and dashboards you already use.
A dedicated admin app for connection health, licence usage, and matching-rule configuration across the org.
One email thread can touch a Contact, an Opportunity, and a Case — iSOLV Inbox keeps every link straight.
The matching engine
Deterministic matches are tried first — the AI step only runs as a fallback, and every AI-suggested match is shown before it is treated as final.
Each inbound or outbound email runs through the same sequence, stopping as soon as a confident match is found:
Thread match. Already part of a linked conversation? It auto-links instantly — no matching needed.
Owned record match. Sender's email matches a Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or Case you own.
Unowned contact match. Sender matches an existing Contact owned by someone else in your org.
Unowned lead match. Sender matches an existing Lead owned by someone else in your org.
Case match. Sender matches an open Case, so support threads land in the right place.
AI content match. No direct match? The engine reads the email itself for signals — company names, deal references, prior context.
Auto-link & log. Confident matches link and create the Task automatically. Nothing for the rep to click.
Create Lead. No record found at all? One click turns the email into a new Lead, pre-filled from the message.
How we compare
iSOLV Inbox takes a different approach to most email-Salesforce tools. Rather than adding a sidebar to your inbox, we bring your inbox inside Salesforce — so your team works from one place, every email is matched to the right record automatically, and your Salesforce data stays complete without manual effort.

Frequently asked
Yes. iSOLV Inbox connects to both Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) via standard OAuth. You can use either — or both, if your org runs a mixed environment.
No. Email bodies are never persisted by iSOLV — they are read live from Gmail or Microsoft 365 each time and rendered inside Salesforce. Only metadata needed for matching (sender, subject, thread references) and the resulting Salesforce Task are stored.
Most emails resolve through direct, deterministic matches (thread, sender, case) before AI is ever used — those are effectively 100% reliable. AI content matching is used only as a fallback when no direct match exists, and every suggestion is shown to the user for confirmation before it is treated as authoritative.
They land in an Unlinked folder inside the inbox, so nothing is silently dropped. You can link them manually, create a new Lead directly from the email, or dismiss them if they are not relevant to Salesforce.
Yes — every plan starts with a free 30-day trial, full Professional access, no credit card required. See the pricing page for details.
Most teams are connected and sending their first linked email within an hour. Connecting a mailbox is a standard OAuth flow; no desktop software or browser extension is required.
No — it uses them. Every linked email becomes a standard Salesforce Task, so it shows up in existing reports, list views, and automation without any change to how your org already works.
