Is there a free trial?

Yes — a free 60-day trial with full Professional access for as many users as you like, with no minimum. No credit card needed: install the package and you are set up in minutes.

Is there a minimum number of users?

Paid plans have a 5-user minimum. The free trial has no minimum and no limit on users.

Can we pay monthly or annually?

Either. Starter is £15 per user per month or £150 per user per year; Professional is £23 per user per month or £230 per user per year.

How do we buy?

Through Salesforce AppExchange, after you install iSOLV Inbox. Enterprise plans are arranged directly with us.

What is the difference between Starter and Professional matching?

Both match every email automatically by thread, by Salesforce's own Email-to-Case, and by exact email address — an address on exactly one Contact or Lead links automatically. Professional adds AI content matching for emails with no direct match, and lets your admin choose how confident a match must be to link automatically.

Can we mix plans across our team?

Plans are set for your whole Salesforce org rather than per user, so everyone on the org has the same plan.

How do we add users?

Buy more licences, then give those people access in the Management App. You can give access to as many people as you have licences for.
